Lena Yaghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey with a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ramapo College in 2008 and went on to receive her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2012, where she was inducted into the National Social Work Honor Society.
With extensive experience across diverse settings—including work with children, families, individuals facing mental health challenges, and governmental agencies—Lena brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her practice. She provides therapeutic services to individuals across various age groups, addressing a wide range of concerns including
Anxiety, Social anxiety, ADHD, Daily stress, Life transitions, and Relationship issues.
Lena is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
